Studio 3 by Severn is a hire studio and home for David J Severn photography.
Located in Long Eaton (NG10 1EE) it has ideal access from Nottingham and Derby.

Photography has never been about the equipment its all about the quality of the light and here we have the full range - so much so, that we have been selected by Pixapro as one of their partner studios.

The studio is 44ft by 22ft with a separate changing room.

Car parking is opposite the studio and it is free after 6pm and all day Sunday.

Studio Hire Rates

Individual personal hire

Basic studio hire is £20 per hour-

This is for use of the studio, lights and chairs etc.
This hire does not include props/clothes/chaise lounge/antique screens, French dressing table.



For studio hire plus standard props and use of clothes in the changing roon the rate is £30 per hour.

£35 per hour gives you access to a wider range of clothes and props that are very expensive and hard to replace.

An additional £10 per hour is required for use of the polyprop and styrene sets (again, these are very expensive items and cannot be replaced)

Commercial Hire

Studio 3 by Severn is an excellent studio to get quality product photographs that sell your merchandise and your brand. We have backgrounds and a plethora of lights to shoot anything from exquisite jewellery to complex tech. We also have mannequins and access to models for fashion shoots.

Rates are:
4 Hours £125
8 Hours £200

A 50% deposit is required for these bookings

Clean, unused paper backgrounds for commercial work is charged at £10 per linear metre.

Studio 3 by Severn is a continually evolving photographic studio for hire based in the East Midlands close to the M1 motorway between Nottingham and Derby.

Excellent public transport to the town of Long Eaton, provides access for those that do not drive, although the rail station is a little outside the town, collection can be arranged. Buses arrive/depart the town frequently, the stops are a short walk through the market from the studio.

The NET tram system is also nearby, hopefully being extended into the town in the next phase.

Parking is available opposite, free after 6pm and on Sundays, with a charge of less than £5 for all day.

There is also street parking nearby.
